Terms of Use & Subscription Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LiveLingo mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Pixvogue Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The App analyzes live-commerce recordings, audio, and dashboard screenshots that you provide, and generates sales-script suggestions and coaching. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions (Pro)
Some features require a paid auto-renewing subscription ("Pro"):

Auto-renewal disclosure.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the price and frequency shown at purchase, until you cancel.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period; the subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in App Store account settings › Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- If the App becomes available on Google Play, renewals there are charged through Google Play at the start of each new period unless cancelled beforehand, and are managed in Google Play › Subscriptions.
Prices. Prices are shown in the App from the store at purchase time and may vary by region and currency. We may change prices prospectively; price changes follow the applicable store's notice and consent rules.
Free trials / introductory offers. If offered, the trial or offer terms are disclosed before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan at the standard price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription, where applicable.
Cross-platform entitlement. A Pro subscription is tied to your account and works across your devices.
4. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple (or Google, where applicable). Refunds are handled by the store under its policy (Apple — Report a Problem; Google — Play refund policy). We do not separately process store-purchased refunds.
5. Acceptable use
You will not: upload content you lack the rights to; reverse engineer or abuse the service; use it for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing purposes; or attempt to bypass the paywall or usage limits.
6. Your content & our output
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service (transcription, OCR, analysis, script generation). AI-generated scripts are suggestions; you are responsible for how you use them and for compliance with TikTok's and any platform's policies and applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account in Settings › Delete account.
9. Governing law & contact
