Privacy Policy
Pixvogue Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us") operates the LiveLingo app (the "App"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
1. Information we collect

We collect content only when you choose to upload it. We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, or advertising identifiers.
2. How we use information
We use the above to: provide and maintain the service; transcribe and analyze the content you upload and generate script suggestions; authenticate you; manage subscriptions and entitlements; provide support; ensure security and prevent abuse; and comply with law. All processing is to operate the App ("App Functionality"); none of it is for advertising or cross-app tracking.
3. AI processing & third-party processors
To generate transcripts, screenshot insights, and scripts, your uploaded content is processed by our backend and by cloud and AI processors acting on our behalf under contract, including Google Cloud (hosting and storage on Google Cloud Platform in the United States, Google Speech-to-Text for transcription, and Google Gemini models for analysis and script generation) and Apple (App Store payments). These processors are bound to use the data only to provide the service to us and not for their own purposes. We do not send your content to data brokers, and your content is not used to train third-party foundation models.
4. Payments
Subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple (App Store). We receive a transaction status to grant your entitlement; we do not receive your payment-card details. Apple's handling of your payment is governed by Apple's privacy policy. If the App becomes available on Google Play, the same applies to Google.
5. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We disclose data only: to processors under §3; to comply with law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, and security; or in a business transfer (with notice).
6. Data retention & deletion
We retain your content and account data while your account is active. Deleting a recording in the App removes its media, transcript, and analysis. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete account in the App, or by emailing [email protected]. On deletion we remove your uploaded content and account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. transaction records) or for backups that expire on a rolling schedule.
7. Security
We protect data in transit with TLS/HTTPS and apply access controls and encryption at rest where appropriate. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. California/CCPA, EEA/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise them, contact [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Children
The App is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region).
10. International users
We operate the service in the United States. If you use the App from outside the US, your data may be processed in the US and other countries with different data-protection laws.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app or by email and reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
